Terms of Service for Artistic Touch and Moore LLC

Welcome to Artistic Touch and Moore LLC. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Artistic Touch and Moore LLC's Website and services.

1. Services

Artistic Touch and Moore LLC provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Content Marketing. The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each client will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in the client's SOW. Payments are typically due upon receipt of invoice or on a recurring monthly basis for retainer services. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary access to information, data, and digital assets required by Artistic Touch and Moore LLC to perform the agreed-upon services. This includes access to website backends, advertising accounts, and analytics platforms. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials provided to Artistic Touch and Moore LLC.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information concerning the business and affairs of the other. This includes marketing strategies, performance data, and other proprietary information. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Artistic Touch and Moore LLC will make every effort to achieve the client's desired results; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases. The digital marketing landscape is constantly changing, and performance can be affected by factors outside our control. In no event shall Artistic Touch and Moore LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees accrued up to the termination date. Artistic Touch and Moore LLC will assist in the orderly transition of services and return of any client-owned assets.

7. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artistic Touch and Moore LLC is located, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
